Etsy not Accepting my Credit Card

I am having issues buying on Etsy. This has been for the last three days. While trouble shooting I accidentally removed a cc from one of my shops and now I can't even add it back. I ahve tried purchasing from that account and it won't accept the card. I get the same error message each time "sorry, an error has occurred, please try again'. I have chatted and called Etsy, no help from them at all. I even tried through the seller App and the buyers app rather than my computer. I've called my bank and nothing is wrong with either of may cards. In my 3rd shop I can purchase with the same credit card. 

Is anyone else experiencing this? Has anyone found a solution? I have also been stuck on the Billing Page of my new shop, it won't move past that billing page. I tried making a purchase in order to advance from that page and that is how this has all unfolded for me

Yes I am also having this issue!  They told me to do all the same things (login under a different web browser, delete all my browsing history) which still showed the error message.  Called my bank and they said all was good on their - not showing an errors or anything not going through, they did send me to the visa fraud department, and they confirmed as well that there was no communication from Etsy on their end, and no activity showing the authorization was declined either from Etsy.  Just put in another help request with Etsy to let them know this.

It just happened to me! I know my card is good and Etsy won't process it, not their Pay Pal! But I just bought an item on Amazon with same card to prove it was working!!??

I've been emailing them about this issue since at least January. it's an "engineering issue".

No support at all. I've incorporated and now cannot add my business credit card to my account, so any refunds continue to get charged to my personal credit card which is extremely frustrating.

I have the same issue. It’s being a year!!!
My credit card was hacked and I had to cancel it. I put my new credit card on all of my autopay services with no problems and only Etsy won’t take it, keeps telling me about “error”.

I cant sell, I can’t buy, I didn’t get paid for my last order, since I “dont have valid cc”.

so tired of this. Customer service is non existent, keep sending me generic messages “ check the number, call the bank, etc”

Frustrating.
