I can see first few words if customer’s message, but when I click on the message it won’t load. I have tried the app, desktop, mobile, etc. Any ideas? Then when I tried to respond to the message, it said message couldn’t be sent.

Is this happening to ALL messages, or just one customer message? I'm wondering if this was a spam account that Etsy already disabled?
Just one customer message ... it is an ongoing message thread. She is a great customer. I can see she's messaging me.
@PinkBluebonnet That's odd if it's just one message & you tried the app, mobile, and desktop. Normally you could try a different browser and/or delete cache/cookies. But maybe there is something else wrong.
Are you getting the email notifications that there is a message on Etsy? If so, technically the customer's message is still within the email notification, it's just hidden in the code now & not visually displayed. In your email app, you can "View Source" then scroll through the html to read the customer's message. If it's a repeat customer, you should have their email on a prior order. So you may need to email off Etsy.
