Etsy keeps moving two of my listing to inactive!

I have 2 listings that I cannot seem to keep active.  They are not violating anything; I suspect they are doing this because I must have used the new listing form to create these listings when it first came out.  
I can't sell these items because they won't stay available long enough. What do I need to do? Copy the listing and then delete the old one? Yes, I hate to lose the ranking they've gained, but I can't think of another way to circumvent this!

I've used the listing form since the beginning and have not had any issues.

Is the listing just removed or is there a banner on the listing?  When you review the listings is there anything not present that should be or any other issue that might be highlighted? 

Before doing new, I would contact Etsy and ask why the two listings are being deactivated when there is not apparent reason for this.  It might be a computer error on Etsy;s side that is misreading the listing.

you need to contact Etsy about it, if clearing cookies and cache doesn't help, and you never received an email from Etsy saying they removed them.
