Etsy keeps cheating me out of Star Seller Status

So, I qualified for all of the star seller badges for example, messages, shipping,meeting my goal on the amount of sales ect. The only one I haven’t qualified for in the last two months is selling 300 dollars worth of product. Yet, Etsy hasn’t given me any of my badges and keeps claiming that I didn’t reach Star seller status which is complete crap! How do I fix this because it’s the second month that this has happened!

We do not get any badges at all if we don't sell $300 in orders or have 5 sales during that period.

You have to hit their minimum requirements in all 3 categories.

Etsy has been very clear about this.

In addition to the stated requirements for the star seller badges, your shop also has to comply with the Terms of Use (TOU)  you agreed to when opening your shop.

I see several IP infringements.  Perhaps that's part of your problem.

Additionally, I would request a forum shop critique.  Your shop really needs some work.

Thanks for your input l, but I wasn’t asking about my shop layout. I know it needs work. It’s a work in progress.

There are five goals you need to achieve for Star Seller, two of them (Minimum # of sales and Minimum Value of sales) are MUST MEET goals. If you don't meet these two, you get NO BADGES AT ALL.  There is nothing to fix, you simply didn't meet the MUST MEET qualifications, so regardless of meeting the other three, you don't get the badge.
