Etsy isn't allowing me to post a new listing

Hi all this is my first time posting here and I'd just like abit of advice as I'm not sure what the issue is and the policy guidelines is leaving me more confused :')

I make micro macrame jewellery with gem stones and my newest creation features a Amber piece that is supposed to resemble a pumpkin with a leaf detail, I've done a clear write up about the necklace details, a segment about where the stone is from and its qualities really nothing different to other jewellery I have listed apart from it being made with Amber but each time I have tried to list it it is immediately deactivated and said it might breach policy guidelines but from there it is unclear what guidelines that is 🤷‍

It's the word Amber that's causing that.

@TheAiLokiEmporium: It seems that the bots are looking for trigger words with no consideration for context. Based on many posts in this forum, "amber" is one of those words.

You can wait around until a real person looks at it and reactivates it or you can contact Etsy and wait around until a real person looks at it and reactivates it (every time you relist or renew you will encounter the same problem) or you can use some word other than amber in your tags, title and description.  Etsy has a court case, because I child was choked by an amber necklace, so they are very sensitive about the use of the word and there a whole lot of restrictions on the use of the amber itself.

This makes alot of sense I have always had my reservations with the teething necklaces due to the fragility of Amber!  thankyou so kindly for the speedy responses to my post they are all much appreciated and will help greatly in the next steps ️
