Etsy has put my shop on holiday

Hi Etsy Community Team, 

Etsy has put my shop on holiday, it's been almost 13 days. I don't understand why my shop has been put on holiday for so many days. When will my shop be removed from holiday? I have not received any email from Etsy yet. My shop should have been removed from the holiday as soon as possible, it's been 13 days approx. I also contacted Etsy Help Center but I have not received any email reply from Etsy. My business is suffering a lot due to my shop being put on holiday. I hope my shop will be removed from the holiday soon.

The same thing is happening to me and it's absolutely ridiculous! I hope Etsy contacts us soon and reinstates our shop.
