Hi guys, not sure if anyone else is having the same issue? When I logged on my shop two days ago, I saw this message on Dashboard 'Your shop will stay in Holiday mode while we review your info.This means you won't be able to receive new orders until we finish verifying your info (which usually takes up to 48 hours after you uploaded your document). No need to do anything else right now – we'll reach out if we need more details'. from you.
I have checked through my emails even the spam, nothing came from Etsy to alert me on this. note I have opened my shop since 2020, it is very odd that Etsy is requesting to varify my info now without notification and without the email, I have no idea what info is requesting to be uploaded...
Look out for an email requesting you verify your ID (again). Other sellers have had the same problem. Quite why Etsy are doing this without sending the emails first is beyond me. You can also contact Etsy support but don't expect a quick reply.

No delay orders/No case from the buyers.

this was in the banner now this message is gone. but still on vacation mode
So far, I have opened 4 cases with Etsy but they kept closing my cases saying "this request is completed" ??
Not sure.. how long should I wait..
Nope, got zero communication from Etsy. This is really disappointing

One thing that may be is the lack of star seller badges. Not in itself but the fact it represents the customer service Etsy wants to see. Tracking, answering messages....
Etsy also wants complete shops. About pages and shop policies plus location
It can still be ID, tax information, etc. Recently Etsy has been asking some sellers to verify once again.
Not cases, tickets. If you did not reply to the first received email reply from Etsy it considers any on the same subject closed.
It has been taking about 10 business days. Could be shorter or longer. Only Etsy knows.
Take only one and reply back that you need information.
I have been an Etsy seller since 2008 and I just got put on vacation mode as well, I might add that I have never done any wrong to Etsy or any customer and I am not worried but this is certainly of concern to me. I would like an answer very soon.

Yes my shop just now came back up. I am very happy but don't know why this happened, it is stressful.
@ArtDollsbyJD I have been a star seller since etsy first introduced the star badge so I don’t think this was this reason. Anyway, my shop is back online, still without a notification.
Hi, have you done anything to have them reopen the shop? How long was your shop closed for? Thank you
