I cannot add new listings from my iPad. I have cleared the cache, deleted browsing data, updated my the app, and tried switching browsers. Nothing seems to work. When it asks for a category and I choose,it will not forward to the next steps. Any help would be appreciated.
Yep, the Etsy app is really glitchy, especially with the new listing form. Try using a computer browser instead (chrome, edge, safari, etc.).
Stop using the app-- list from a browser window in Safari. I just did a listing on my iPad.. it works fine. I don't use the app at all.
I start every new listing from a copy. I do not start completely fresh. I just tried and I was able to do so as normal for a new listing on the phone app using Chrome. Not using the app isn’t a solution because it is so much easier to do it this way. I don’t use an iPad but I do use my phone A LOT.
Its Etsys IT dept playing with something. I was not able to get into my cart and pay for supplies either. Now my main shops cart is empty. They are doing something.
