Hello. I received a sale, and then immediately received a message about the order being cancelled and a demand to return the money. But after that, ETSY also closed my store for forced leave without explanation! I have been waiting for a message from ETSY for the second day, I write in the chat, but no one can answer anything, what is the reason? Has anyone encountered similar actions from Etsy? How long should I wait for a response from Etsy?
They will sometimes do this when they need to verify some information. Check your e-mail (and spam folder).

OP, you cannot resell items made by your mother. Ditto your father.
You can sell items they make made if you designed it 100% and they made from your design, but from your about, that's not true.
I also see a hammock and other things in your sold items that look suspect.
Please review Etsy's Creativity policy and ensure you are following it 100%. Right now, I see enough curious things that I would question, were I Etsy.
