I made my first Etsy sale. Etsy notified me that my shop was put on holiday mode and that I needed to provide document ID . I followed the steps to uploaded my ID documents into the dashboard and Etsy won't allow me to press the submit button. I have contacted Etsy support but no response received. I emailed them a screen recording of the issue and still no response. Etsy won't even verify my ID documents so I can receive payment for my first sale and then Etsy has the right to automatically close my shop after a certain number of days if my ID documents are not verified. This is ridiculous. ETSY PLEASE VERIFY MY ID DOCUMENTS
