Type the URL into the browser Etsy.com, click on your profile then click on messages and it should open your dashboard.
This is how people were getting around this issue when it was happening before.
Also make sure you clear all your cache and Etsy related cookies. In addition make sure all you internet security and virus scanners are up to date, this can also cause issues accessing Etsy sites
