Recently as I send a message to my buyers about personalization, the message disappears after I hit send. I don't know if the customer receives the message as it shows no message was sent from my view. Why is this happening?
Please see the following Thread (from this Technical Issues Forum). May or may not have to do w/ your issue. Etsy was/is going to roll out a "bundling" of Messages as an "improvement". There have been quite a few glitches in general; this may be one.
