Etsy chat not working

I contacted etsy staff. They said there was a technical error their end and i don't know if they failed the conversion ending.

But all my chats are going through to no one and no response?

Also im on etsy star seller requirements and NONE of my badges are there.

Since you have no badges that means you did not sell the $300 minimum.

Did you make 5 sales and sell more than $300 total in last 3 months, also has it been 90 days since your first sale?
