Etsy chat not working

Hi there. I have 2 issues. 

1. I was in contact on chat with customer support for another issue. They closed the chat before I was able to ask another question. However now, each time I open the chat window the same chat appears and I have no way to clear it and begin a new one. I tried from mobile then incognito on desktop, same thing. I can't seem to use this function anymore.

2. I cannot save the changes that I made to a listing saying I have to get in touch with customer support if the problem persists. 

I'm clueless as to what to do. I looked for other ways to reach them out, without any luck. Any suggestions?

I have had the same problem for months. Contacted Etsy NUMEROUS times and the problem still persists.

Yes me too, both issues. I just update draft listings on my laptop now, rather than mobile, but still have to check my new listings because often the saved changes don’t actually save, and listings are being published with missing/wrong info. The chat window only offers 4 or 5 preset topics it will help with, none of them particularly useful, imho.
