I don’t really know what else I can do. My shop was “temporarily” suspended over that invalid taxpayer ID issue as I was setting up my store. It’s been saying “check back in an hour” for over a month. I called multiple times and asked someone to look over my info and unsuspend me. It should be right now and they told me it’s a technical issue on their end and their technical team is working on it. That was over a month ago. I’ve opened two support requests and responded to the bot emails and Etsy keeps closing my help requests without responding. I can’t even appeal my suspension cause it says I’m not eligible lol. If this wasn’t a huge company, I would think they are scammers or something. So unprofessional. What magical words do I need to say after the bot message to actually get a response? “Abracadabra I still need help?” Has anyone with this issue been unsuspended? I feel like you guys are the only ones that answer me and hear me. Their team gives zero response, even over the phone!
Reply to the most recent email Etsy sent you. If you don't reply to it then Etsy closes the matter. The forum is full of similar threads if you do a search but I am not sure how things eventually get resolved. Etsy won't refund you for any listings though so I wouldn't trouble about that.
Don't open new emails. Keep replying to the original one stating that you still need help. If you open a new email that will put you at the bottom of the list.
When we create listings there is a pop-up that says the 20 cents is non-refundable.
As said in your other response and here, take one email and respond to it asking for an update.
Make sure to check that your name on your bank account, SSN or EIN, and LLC information if had match. Any deviation and it gets tossed out as not matching.
