Etsy changed my shipping settings to either free or fixed price!

Etsy change my shipping setting to free or fixed price only, I have always used calculated shipping, I cannot do free or fixed price. Hlep!! I can't find any way to change it bck to what it's always been.

Go into your shipping settings from your dashboard and change them back to what you want.. Make sure your days are correct too. You should be able to bulk edit from the shop listings page

I tried that. The only options shipping settings has now are free or fixed price, there's no option for calculated shipping.

I have other shipping profiles that are set to calculated shipping. I deleted this profile and tried to create a new one, but the new one will only let me choose fixed rate or free also. ETSY, SOME HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

Have you tried duplicating one of your existing calculated shipping profiles? Then once duplicated you can make whatever edits you may need to make to the profile. Than you can use bulk edit to attach it to the listings.

We are mostly other sellers here and can't fix it for you. If it is an Etsy glitch, you need to report it to them from the Help email form. Or if you have the option of having them give you a Call Back, that might work.

You find HELP on your shop manager page, HELP > CONTACT US > follow the prompts.

I've tried everything. I finally did manage to make a new calculated shipping profile and deleted the free/fixed price one. But when I apply the calculated shipping profile to the listings, it seems to work...and then they say fixed price. I've contatced Etsy, daiffernt people keep telling me to do the same things that I've already done and don't work.

are you working from the app or a computer?

Try working from the opposite device.

And just a guess, but rather than deleting profiles, leave them. There may be some default logic somewhere that does weird things if you don't have a shipping profile. Once you've got a profile you like, you should be able to select that for listings. Do one at a time to test, then bulk edit once you have it working.
