Etsy cannot process my carrier’s tracking events

Hello!
I contacted support because incorrect information was displayed on the Star Seller page. The issue is still unresolved - the statistics show that I have one order without tracking, which is not the case. Due to this error, I did not receive the Star Seller status for January, which will affect my sales. 
The operator in the chat suggested that one of my tracking number shows as invalid (RK067584025UA).
But there seems to be some mistake here because the number is correct. I can track it, for example. Besides, I always send parcels with this postal company and provide their tracking numbers for Etsy. There have never been any issues.

So how we can correct the situation and obtain the Star Seller status? All the conditions have been met, and the issue is only on Etsy's side.

@Tatdot: "... the number is correct. I can track it ..."  If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"? A leading or trailing space, for example, can make the number seem invalid.

An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

@Tatdot  - As BagmakerSupply mentioned, check your completed orders to be sure everything is correct. Some shops in Europe have been hit with a glitch. 
They enter the correct shipper & tracking number but the shipper mysteriously changes - example your Postal Service gets changed to FedEx. Since the tracking number doesn't match FedEx's format, Etsy sees this as no tracking.

Many shops go back & check their completed orders after a day or so. You have 3 days to edit the information you entered should the glitch have affected you.

I am seeing that the package was delivered as the recipient was notified and picked it up on 12/13...it shows a DHL packet (Germany)
