This may be something obvious but I'm confused and would appreciate help. In the last few days, two potential customers have reached out to me saying that Etsy is asking them for my email address at the order completion stage. I tried asking one of them with what option they've tried to pay but received no response. This hasn't happened to me before, so I'd very much appreciate an explanation if anyone's got one.
