I have a customer who wants to add a review for the items she purchased and the Etsy app is not allowing her to do it. Any suggestions?
Ask buyer to go to her purchase and see when the review window opens.
She did and it would not let her see her purchases.
Did she buy as a guest?
I don’t believe so.
Go to the order and look - you can see "guest" if that's they way they bought. Even if they have an account, they may have bought without logging in.
She used her email and she had the email that shows the orders but when she goes to Etsy the orders are not showing up
She used her email for what?
The receipt that went to her email.
If she has an account, tell to go to Etsy, login to her account. Then go to purchases & reviews - do all this with a browser.
That worked. It would not allow her to do it through the Etsy App as there was no option that says reviews and purchases. But she was able to do it through a browser as you mentioned. Thanks for that info.
