Etsy app (blue background, newer version)

Can anyone help on the older app I can update my shop announcement but on the new version it seems that I can’t.

I use my phone a lot and now it seems every time I want to update shop announcements I will have to use a laptop or pc, unless anyone knows how to update announcements on the new version?
