Really simple one,
I have an item which has a starting price of £79.99
Etsy is advertising it @ £97.59
None of my items or choices/options equate to that price,
On my other adverts all the prices are correct, it is just one item, "Shoe hanger"
Anyone know why this happens?
Just when you think the glitch is gone, it rears its ugly head again.
@ScottishWoodDesign - I believe the most common work around was to go in, "edit" the listing - some shops just erased & re-entered the correct price - then published the "edited" listing.
However, while this did appear to work, at times the price would suddenly change again, or the glitch would attack a different listing. So you may need to be more vigilant about checking pricing.
Are they maybe including your shipping cost in their price?
Its free shipping for UK and a lot more than that everywhere else,
Yes, there have been other sellers experiencing this. It appears to be an Etsy glitch which they haven't been able to figure out. Etsy has been aware of it for awhile.
Thank you,
I will look into this

Thank you,
A shame Etsy dont fix this, I will see if editing it makes any difference,
FYI the only way to see this was to look at my account from another person's account, from my settings it is all correct,
Being vigilant would mean constantly looking at my account from other peoples accounts to catch this error.
Lets hope Etsy gets the glitch fixed soon
I just experienced this too. Showing price on search results as $78 when it should be $65. I went into the listing ti edit it and saved again. Seemed to fix it.
Are you perhaps seeing the price with VAT included? I believe UK vat is 20%, so on £65 that would be £13 for a total of £78. You are in the UK so you see it at the price a UK buyer would see.
op is in Uk so VAT would not be added by etsy for UK buyers
Ah, yes.... I hadn't thought of that.
That is what I get for hitting the forums so early in the morning, lol.
