Etsy ads

I advertised my store with Etsy ads can you tell me why since I know the results of my listings out of the blue the Dashboard gives me everything at 0?

Samesies. Ad stats not generating. Will not even populate when I try yesterdays stats. I have no idea if my ad campaign in active and running.

I've seen it do this periodically, where the stats are frozen, and yet it must be on and running because it updates later.  Some kind of glitch.  How can you manage ad spend when it isn't even visible?

I also don't love the bit where it pretends today is yesterday, presumably because of the time differences, or something.

@MouseGarden Some parts of Etsy start a new day at 8pm EST. I think this is because part of the site runs on UTC time and part on local time. It's a hot mess.

I've only been advertising for about a week, so I'm a newbie. I've see lags on the dashboard and shop stats quite frequently, even before running ads. But my ad stats in the ad performance section under marketing have seemed pretty up to the minute. However, my ad views never show on the dashboard or stats page. And only a portion of the ad clicks show on the dashboard or stats page.

If this doesn't work for you, try this: on main stats page, under the "How shoppers found you" click on Etsy Search, and then on a new screen choose "Advertising" on top of page. You'll see ad stats that are different from usual Etsy Ads screen. I hope this make sense.

mine are showing 0 as well....I have turned them off for now.
