Etsy ad stats completely broken

Seeing a technical glitch on Etsy ads. The stats say zero views, clicks, revenue, spend - across the board, no matter what time period I select. 

Same for all the keyword data- wiped.

Ads have been acting weird for a while too… huge spikes in spending out of the blue but not reflected anywhere in the keyword stats as to what the ad was being clicked for, or why.

I’ve been running ads for years and never seen ROAS so awful (loss making)… don’t know where or how you’re spending my ad money Etsy, but it feels like you’re just setting fire to it.

Support team thinks it's a temporary glitch and suggests troubleshooting > log out, delete cookies & cache; try a different browser. You know the usual everytime something goes wrong.

Same.  For a while now Ive noticed it intermittently showing incorrect stats...but now it's completely broken.

Tried to raise the issue to Etsy via Chat, but that's not working either.

This issue only began for me this morning.

I just chatted with Support and they said they’re aware of it and looking into a fix and that I will be emailed when it’s fixed, but I’m not sure that part will happen.
