Etsy activated listings that were inactive

Has anyone had issues with Etsy reactivating listings that were deactivated?  Thanks to a customer sending me a convo about one of my listings, I discovered an item that was placed inactive back in 2018 had been automatically listed this morning.  I went through and found another one that had been deactivated last year and was listed on the 4th of June, and it wasn't done by me!

Yes.  Everything else seems normal.  And it was only two listings that I've found so far.

Hi!

Yes, Etsy reactivated listings I deactivated due to the materials to make the order no longer being available.  
they also reactivated listings that had a shipping profile for Germany.  I don't ship to Germany due to it being almost 50% of my profit!!

Yes, I've been noticing listings that I had deactivated suddenly be activated by Etsy. Listings that are old that I do not want activated. This is frustrating and of course we are paying for these listing activations.
