Etsy Years calculation is incorrect

I see a new thing saying I’ve been on Etsy 14 years, except I’ll hit my 20 year mark next year as I joined in 2006.  How might I get it corrected?  So excited to hit my 20 year mark!

Congrats on your milestone! It's incorrect for me, too. I've been on Etsy 17 years and it says 14 years...

@Blakeswork I loved curating treasuries! They were our inspiration boards and I wish they brought them back (after fixing all issues)

This has been an ongoing issue for a while now and quite a few threads about it.
Seems from what I've read if a shop opened before 2010, it only shows open for 14 years.

I'm not seeing that info so it must be a test, doubtful Etsy will fix it.

Thank you for the other threads!  At least our start year still shows up.  I’d rather them take away the false count though!  I plan a big celebration at the 20 mark and everyone is going to be confused!

Mine says 14 years as well and I'm quite sure it's only been 10.

I see the same and I too signed up in 2006 (but I didn't start selling on here until 2007). When I look at my stats on etsy for 'all time' it shows the chart from 2010, but it doesn't actually have any data until 2013 despite me being active and selling.

Mine is also incorrect.  I Started in 2007 year.  However the display shows 14 years on Etsy for shop GoodEye.
