Etsy Verification for Company

Hello everyone,

my account has just been put in mandatory vacation mode pending verification. My Etsy account is set-up for my company name, not mine. The request was for ID upload - I have initially uploaded my ID, it got rejected. They indicate that the name on my ID should match the bank account name. It will not as the bank account is registered at company name, not mine.  

What shall I do?

Your shop is NOT on vacation.
I can add items to my cart with no problem and select the different payment options.

Your name has to match everywhere. If it doesn't then Etsy won't verify you.

Just curious why didn't you set up your account in "your" name?

As I am running it as a company. It got resolved. I uploaded my ID and send them company registration.
