Etsy Vacation Mode Issue

Our Etsy shop was successfully reactivated from Vacation Mode, but unfortunately, it has been put back on hold due to document verification issues. We are unsure why this is happening and need help understanding the reason behind it.

Has anyone else faced a similar issue? If you have any insights or solutions, please share your experience. Your guidance would be greatly appreciated!
