Items delivered 2 weeks ago are still showing as “pre transit” or “in transit” on my sold orders page. Tracking shows that everything was delivered, but Etsy isn’t updating. Kind of makes my heart stop when I see stuff listed as undelivered when I mailed so long ago. It’s been like this all month. I’m sure this will impact my stats at some point. Please update tracking Etsy.
I had a successful chat on this subject with Etsy this morning.
They needed the order numbers in question, the last 4 numbers of my billing account, and my current payment account balance.
They fixed the problem while I was on chat with them - changing pre-transit to delivered - it took about 20 minutes total.
Wow, sad to hear. I took 2 items to the PO this morning, had one scanned that was Priority Express. I also had one with Global Shipping a couple of days ago that shows Pre-Transit, even though PO has info. Hope it doesn't affect us and sad that we have to spend valuable time contacting Etsy.

Does Etsy technical respond, or fix this issue (error) since it will affect star seller status?
Also will a notification come through when there is a response?
