Etsy Taken my List to deactive and I cannot contact live chat

Hi

İf someone can help me tht will be nice for me. 

I cannot talk with Etsy live chat even they don't respond my email. They taken my couple of listing to deactive.

Did you hand make the items with your own hands?

Were they over twenty years old?

Were you selling supplies or tools to make crafts?

If you answered no to all of the questions above, your items were not allowed to be sold here.

When they deactivated the items they most likely sent an email with an explanation - look in your spam folder if you don’t see it.

Try contacting Etsy through your Seller Dashboard. Follow the prompts in the “Help” section. You’ll have to wait for an email from them.

Yes they all okey. Even last 7 years I do same things. 

I didn't get any e mail to my box or junk no where. 

Really hard to understand. 

Etsy doesn't have to be difficult.

I am sorry to hear that. Very frustrate, isn't it? I had same experience on one of  good design. I appealed and asked Etsy on email what part was violated to be deactivated. Without proper explanation, Etsy's respond was "the decision is final" I gave up. Later, one of the member said I needed to keep appeal until real person (not automatic AI ) respond to me. I hope you don't give up like I did. Keep Appeal.. I hope it works!

Last 7 years I work very carefully. And sometimes I cannot understand what happening. 

Of course I don't have up but now even i cannot chat to Etsy sport this makes me weak
