Etsy Suspended My Shop Permanently and Denied My Appeal Too Quickly

Hi everyone,

I’m reaching out because I’m feeling quite frustrated and confused. My Etsy shop was permanently suspended recently, despite my best efforts to comply with all policies. I believe the suspension may be related to an issue with verifying my bank account.

I verified my bank account and paid the listing fees. However, my appeal was reviewed and denied within a matter of hours, whereas Etsy’s stated review timeframe is up to two weeks. This expedited review makes me question whether my appeal received the thorough consideration it deserved.

I’ve always acted in good faith and followed Etsy’s rules, so it’s disheartening to face this outcome. If anyone has experienced a similar situation or has any advice on what to do next, I would really appreciate it.

What were you selling? Any anime, cartoons, well known names?

I was selling digital SVG files that I created myself. I’ve always ensured that my designs are original and do not infringe on any copyrights or trademarks. There were no anime, cartoons, or well-known names involved in my listings

or SVG Pathway? 

Either way it looks like the problem could be with the items you’re selling being copyrighted or trademarked.

My shop name is actually SVGPATHWAY, not SVGPath or SVG Pathway.

I understand the concern about copyrighted or trademarked content, but I want to clarify that all my designs are original and created by me. I haven’t sold anything that violates copyright or trademark laws. The suspension seems to be related to other issues.

A quick look shows there much availablity elsewhere of the bat ouija board SVG and USA bikers .  Have you checked to see if your photos were stolen?

If you designed something around another artists work even if you change a few things that can still lead the bots to think your items are not your creation.

Find out if your photos were stolen.  If so issue DMCA to those and then appeal letting Etsy know.
