Urgent, Assistance Required with Payoneer Account Link Issue

Issue, I am currently stuck with an issue regarding my Payoneer account. Payoneer has verified my details and confirmed that my Payoneer account has been successfully linked with Etsy.

Could you kindly check in the background to identify any issues and help me resolve them?

For context, I opened my shop in 2021 when Etsy allowed sellers from Pakistan to use PayPal. However, two months ago, my shop was put on vacation mode after enrolling in the payment program with Payoneer. Since then, I’ve only received responses directing me to contact Payoneer for verification, which I have done several time. Payoneer support has  always confirmed that my account is verified and linked with Etsy.

Unfortunately, Etsy support has not responded despite several attempts, and it has now been two months since the issue started. Could you please guide me on the next steps to resolve this?

@Quick2Print: Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy moderators do sometimes read and reply to posts).

Hopefully one of the Etsy moderators will see your post and forward it on to a specialist team.

Do you have an email from Etsy?  Not chat as this is something they cannot help with.  Reply back that you still need help.  If you did not use Contact us but another email that email never got to Etsy.  Use Contact us to talk to Etsy or the button at the bottom of this page How Do I Use a Payoneer Account With Etsy Payments? – Etsy Help

Customer support team merged my two separate requests into one last day, Maybe this happened automatically,  but still did not get the response from Etsy.
