I just want to share my experience about Etsy customer support team initiative the problems of buyers and resolve it quickly with brief information and studies.
Recently I stuck in technical problem about the shipping order rate then I contact to Etsy Chat Support and share my problem, they quickly replied and get all the information about that problem, Ellie who was assited my problem and always communicative, she also contacted to higher support team to resolve my problem, she promised my for wait atleast 24 hours and the problem will be resolved, and yes, she was right my problem has been resolved.
I am so grateful to Etsy support Team who resolve my problem very soon.
Thanks to all Ellie and all Etsy support team for making easy for buyers.
