I'm not able to send an email to support. The icons and buttons are there, but no dialogue box appears. Also, the Etsy help manual is so convoluted with sub-links that finding an answer to a question is like what Alice experienced in Wonderland.
I'm pretty sure it's all bots at this point. If you go to payment section, I believe, their is message icon at bottom of screen. They will just copy and paste their policy playbook. So not really helpful. Best of luck.

I was going to say there is a small little chat looking button on the shop dashboard. I checked and its not there anymore. Maybe the bots are off at 5pm now.
