I have tried reaching Etsy through “Contact Us” and keep getting a message that something went wrong, refresh and try again. This is happening on multiple devices. Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas on how to get through to them?
Thank you for responding. I did try chat and they said they would report a technical issue and get back to me via email, which in my experience takes days.
