Etsy Support Chat Box gone

Last evening I was on Etsy Support Chat regarding an issue. This morning I wanted to follow up with an additional related question/concern and the chat box has vanished. How do I get the chat box back???

I think you can edit with the little arrow to the top right of your post, then just write deleted or problem solved.

Actually I'm looking for the chat box too. How can I get a hold of Etsy support?

I did a chat with Etsy this week and now I see my chat option is gone.

The chat box has disappeared once again. I can’t find it anymore. I’m waiting for a package from Canada for the past 5 weeks going on 6 weeks this week. Really frustrating and the seller has no tracking number or anyway to find out where my package is. Has anyone ever had this problem?
