My shop stats are all over the place. Updated one minute on the app, then not. Desktop dashboard seems not to update from one day to the next. Trying to ask Etsy for help is like having a cuppa out of a chocolate teacup. I'm dizzy from the circles it's sent me in, ultimately never ending in a simple, "contact us" page. A few years ago you could request a call and a fabulous Etsy person would call you within 1/2 hour...and I'm in the UK! Now it seems the help page - focussed on dead ends - is designed specifically never to allow you to get help or even ask a question. Anyone else experiencing delays on the stats and dashboard? And does anyone have a quick link to ask for help. Thanks
The key to getting to the actual support options in the support ticket system is to click 'I still need help' at the bottom of the page. So go through all the options then when you get to a page with faq and links to read you should see 'I still need help ' at the bottom. Click that and it should give you the contact options currently available for your issue. They offer live chat, phone call back and email. Live chat and phone options are a call center and can only handle the most basic issues so keep that in mind.
