Etsy Star Seller, dispatch on time weighting

Does anyone know what the weighting is for each order?! Of all my orders only one doesn’t have tracking because it was hand delivered, which is bringing my percentage down by 6% meaning I’m 1% off becoming star seller in the review period but my last 5 orders have only equated to a 2% positive adjustment.

It depends on the overall volume of orders with tracking. The more orders you have with tracking, the less impact an order without tracking has and vice versa.

You need 19 orders with tracking to make up for one without tracking.

Re: Etsy Star Seller, dispatch on time weighting

There is no weighting. It's just math.

Divide the number of on time orders by the number of total orders, times 100 = your percent.

You need a lot more orders to overcome 1 incorrect one. The bigger the numbers, the less they each count in % terms.

If you had 100 orders each one counts as 1%, if you had 20 orders, each one is 5%.

Re: Etsy Star Seller, dispatch on time weighting

It states it in the star seller page

you need 95%

so can only afford 1 in 20 to be off, as 19 in 20 is 95%
18 of 19 is  94.7%
