Just saw that my status for on-time shipping has dropped from 100% to 90%. Recently I had a customer purchase two items from me as two separate transactions and to save them money on shipping, I combined the two orders into one box. I marked the second order complete and put the USPS tracking number for the single box down as required. Is there any way I can resolve this?
I don't understand why I cannot speak with an Etsy representative directly about issues relating to the platform.
Did you put the tracking number in both orders? If not, that is the issue with the % drop.

Did you check to make sure you entered the tracking number correctly? It's easy to not to. You have 3 days to correct.
If the one with the label is the one showing late, then did you ship within your processing time frame? Did you get it to the post office before your last day. Sometimes post offices delay scanning.
If you combine two orders into one package you must enter the tracking number twice, once on each order. If you only enter it on one, the second order will look like you didn't ship. You only have 72 hrs to enter the tracking number. If it is under that, you can try entering it on the second order now, it MAY adjust the stats at the next update.
