Etsy Sounds on Seller App.....

Is Etsy working on an update to their seller app that will include giving us the sounds back?  All of my Notifications, both inside the app, as well as on my phone, are correct, and I'm still not getting a sound when someone sends me a message, or visits my store, or buys something.  That means my response time is getting longer.  I like to provide good service to my customers and my shop.

I'm still getting sound notifications on both my phone and iPad. Try turning off the sound, wait a few seconds and turn back on.

On my android phone I had to reinstall the app to get the sounds when it quit making them.

Mine comes and goes. Today it works and I've been getting my cha-ching sounds but there are days, I only get my email notifications or I get the Etsy notifications pop up but no sound. 

My email notifications are always constant, so I make sure I get those and they have a sound.

I had this issue so I downloaded an app called Zedge. Search for 'Etsy' sounds. Download all the sounds you want and save them to your phone's media file; I chose the ker-ching sound, a review sound and one for those favouriting my items and the store. Then go into your Etsy notifications in your app settings and set these downloaded sounds onto each of the Etsy sections. I did this and it fixed the problem permanently. Hope that made sense.
