Etsy Shop Verification????? I don't know what to do?

My Etsy shop has been placed on vacation mode, because Etsy can't verify my identify, even though I uploaded my driver's license in October!! I have been selling on etsy since beta testing in 2005...almost 20 years!! And all of sudden I need to be verified!! I don't know what else to do? I'm so frustrated. Is there a way to contact etsy admin???
