Etsy Shipping Labels Delivery Notification

For the last few days my orders are not updating the tracking information. I used Etsy shipping labels (UPS) and the only information on the tracking is showing "drop off" on the day we shipped the package. The actual tracking number when search on the UPS site the package has been delivered. I currently have about 5 or 6 orders that show In Transit and not marked Delivered even though they have been delivered. Is this an Etsy glitch or a UPS glitch with Etsy? Anyone else have this issue?

Thank you! I assumed it was some sort of glitch. Hopefully it will update soon as I am racking up orders with no updates and only showing In Transit. It is a bit overwhelming when my customers keep contacting me as there is no updates on the tracking (when it is not my fault!)

@SouthernJamsandJelly   Contact Etsy to see if the glitch is Etsy or UPS.  If UPS is not syncing correctly with Etsy, then use Pirateship.

I am having the same issue. Shows drop off but not updated as delivered on Etsy but UPS shows delivered

I am glad it isn't just me! I am sorry that is happening to you as well. I now have 7 orders that show no updates and still shows In Transit even though they have been delivered. I used the Chat today to see if there was an issue and to let Etsy know about the problem. They said there were NO issues and they needed by bank account information to access and verify my shop identity. Didn't feel comfortable providing this information since I shared the order numbers that have tracking update issue directly from my "logged" in Etsy account.

I think it has to do with the Rural laws enacted on the 1st.

My local Post Offices now show only one pick up a day.

So when I drop off a package today it wont leave until tomorrow morning. It used to go out this evening at 5pm.

Its like that for Merced county and Stanislaus county above us.

My packages have been dropped off and actually delivered but the UPS tracking is not updating on my Etsy orders. It still says, In Transit and the only update is Dropped Off or nothing. I am up to 7 packages with no updates now. Thankfully they have actually all been delivered. But my customers are seeing the same thing and think that I haven't dropped off the package. This is causing a lot of messages each day!

I am having the same issue with UPS not updating delivery status. I only use Pirate Ship and on their site it happens to some degree too. It will show In Transit even after delivery is completed. But if I open the UPS tracking app on Pirate Ship it seems to update the delivery status. However, on Etsy, I can try the same "trick" but status won't change. A few times last week on Etsy and Pirate Ship orders showed "pre-transit" for several days after being dropped off and scanned by UPS. On those orders I contacted each customer to assure them item was actually in transit. I hope UPS gets it figured out soon.
