Hello,
Etsy is showing two of my orders as having "missing tracking info", yet the tracking was input and was input in a timely manner. How could I possibly have 0 missed processing times and 0 orders shipped late, yet have missing tracking info? The shipper (DHL in this case) received the package on-time, but all shipping companies are taking their sweet time in either scanning or processing packages. Are we the sellers to take the hit for the shipper's backlog during the holiday season? (For example, with USPS they've taken up to 4 days just to scan my packages after I've dropped them off.)
