Etsy Seller App not recognising shop

I've been logged out of the Etsy Seller app, and when trying to log back in it says there isn't a shop linked to my account. I am logged in fine on desktop, and there is a shop linked. I use the app all the time so this is a real issue! Any help appreciated.

@HawthornHandmade  :  This issue (and many others) all seem to be related to how and when the Etsy Apps synchronize or don't - that is why it sometimes works to log out and then log back in or delete and reinstall the app. These actions appear to force the app to get fresh data.
