I manage my shop online on my desktop most of the time. I use Pirateship for shipping and have it integrated with my shop, so that once a label is purchased there, my Etsy Orders on the web immediately update, moving into the Completed status. All is good. But if I go to my (Apple) phone that same just completed order remains on the app icon for the app as new, as well as within the app - its still in the New category. That is, until I click on the New orders on the app to see what this is (could also be a message), and it says 'You're all caught up!', except that the app still says one is new. I'm not talking about a slight delay, this 'New' order might remain on the app for a day or so. This renders the app just about useless if I can't use it away from my physical shop to tell instantly if I have new orders to fulfill or messages to address. I did check the app in the Apple app store on my phone and it appears I'm automatically updating the app and have the latest version.
Anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same problem and I buy all my labels on Etsy. It seems to take hours for the "new" order to go away on the app.
same thing on android phone.
