Etsy Seller App - Separate notification sounds not working

As of yesterday my separate notification sounds are not working i.e. cha ching for sale, separate sound for favorite etc. Now getting same sound for all notifications?

I have a samsung galaxy S24+

Have reinstalled app and sounds and still no difference.

Any help appreciated.

Check your notifications settings and see if anything changed.

This happened to me a couple of days ago. I use a Samsung Galaxy. I went into the app and the settings had all been changed... not by me though! I changed them all back and it's been fine since.

That said my cha ching hasn't worked for months. I get screen notifications for sales and favorites but not cha ching. I wasn't getting any notifications for a while but I  finally noticed in app settings for that app it was set to shut off notifications if I  hadn't used the app. I rarely use the app unless out of the house to check on something.  I never use it to list. Apparently it times out. So I  shut that off but just checked and it was on (to shut off if not active) again.  I think it defaults back when you shut your phone off. Also it will deep sleep apps it thinks you're not using.  Some just add the Etsy seller app for the notifications.  If you don't use it, it will deep sleep it. All my notifications on the phone and app are on and still no cha-ching so no clue.

@hopeandjoystudios Hi, no I haven't powered down the phone so not sure what happened with it. Seems to be okay again now but I am keeping an eye on the settings in case it resets itself again.
