Recently the Etsy sell app has been acting strangely, where a good number of pages just load a black screen. This doesn't affect all pages, as I can still edit listings, view the home page, and answer messages. However everything else appears broken. Which is very frustrating as I than need to go on my PC to do tasks I could easily do from the app, such as but not limited to creating sales, and checking account balance.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and insuring both the app and my phone are up to date.
Has anyone else encountered this issue? If so how did you resolve?

I've been having this exact same problem and have yet to find a fix... I can't upload new listing, or start a sale/discount on the app. It starts to load the page and then flips to a black screen. Reopening, and even reinstalling the app changes nothing. From the looks of the forums, this has been an ongoing issue for years....
I have the same problem. When I enter sections such as the Financial section or the help section on the phone, a black screen appears. However, it was working properly a month ago.
Unfortunately, I have the same problem! The "black screen" problem appeared in tabs such as ads and financial sections and has not been resolved for 5-6 months. I uninstalled the application, reinstalled it. I downloaded the application on another phone and logged in. The result has not changed. I request support. Thank you.
I have it too. It has also been for a few months
