Etsy Removed Our Listing Due to Creativity Standards

We wrote this on September 5th:

"Hi there, it says our item was removed because it violates "Etsy's Creativity Standards." We have designed, made and taken all of our own pictures and content for our products.

We actually had a professional photo shoot done and now our photos have been stolen and put EVERYWHERE. We've seen our pictures edited on amazon, temu, shein and dozens of Etsy shops taking our pictures. We've contacted people to take it down and they claimed the china shop they bought it from gave the rights to our photos for reselling. We have the raw images, and behind the scene footage to prove it.

Now we are paying the price. Our most popular listing got taken down for Creativity Standards.

This is so upsetting and we hope this can be fixed. We plan on taking new photos and adding water marks but how can we get the listing back?? "

We got an email from Etsy on Sept 5th following up on this but haven't heard back and this hasn't been fixed. Is there anything we can do to hear from them sooner to resolve this? Thank you!

You have to file DMCA against every seller or website that has stolen your images, then when the images are taken down, you sent proof to Etsy.  I do not know how long it takes but some sellers are having to wait several weeks/months to get response from Etsy.  Since you say this is happening on Etsy -another seller with your photos- it is imperative that you file a DMCA against them right away via the Etsy Reporting Portal.  Good luck!

I've done several DMCA take downs of listings where people are using my pictures or seller copycats of my designs here on etsy. Each and every time etsy has removed these listings. Yet, here I am with an email from them telling me they are removing my listing.

I had this same thing happen to me. I take all of my photos myself (and they are of my own body wearing my designs, in my backyard) I have water marks on all of my photos. And they were still stolen and used on aliexpress. The aliexpress sellers try to edit out the watermark I've placed on my photos and sometimes they leave the watermark (which has allowed several people over the years to find me and inform me that my pictures were being stolen. ) 

Despite all of this, however, that listing was just removed today for the same reason as yours. Even though it's watermarked with my brand logo and even though it was consistent with all of my other listing photos (same person, almost identical backgrounds, same format, same logo etc.)
