Etsy Removed Handmade Listing Due to Creativity Standards

Hi everyone, 

One of my most popular listings was removed by Etsy the other day. I got an email stating that the listing was not with Etsy's creativity standards. My pottery is completely handmade and designed by me only in my personal studio. I requested a call back and the agent was not helpful and just kept repeating that the listing was removed because of the creativity standards. I opened a case and have not heard from Etsy, going on 5 days now. I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Can you edit the item and see if it's in the right category? Like you crafted it?

never edit and republish an item that Etsy deactivated!

Etsy has to relist it.

if handmade it is likely relisted on aliexpress alibaba or temu by counterfeiters and detected by AI search.

Do a reverse image search to confirm.

There have been quite a few posts about this of late.  I think Etsy must have bots making these decisions and we all know how good non-humans are at this stuff.  Sorry….

etsy took down over a million listings last year,

this year they want to up their game, and take down a load more

It has to be bots, there is no other way
