Etsy Put my shop on holiday mode...

Hi Going through everything why my account has been Holiday Mode, I found that previously because of the Etsy's Error my account was suspended and Etsy made my customers for direct refunds and cases which leaded my account for not meeting customers standard reviews just because of Etsy Error my business is suffering. Also I tried connecting Etsy several times from last 10 days and there was no positive response they just saying me to wait for higher authority and will soon reopen my account but there is no update from their end , not a single mail I have received for my account suspensions and update . Please try to understand my problem as I cannot afford such pauses in my business by your errors and finally its been affecting my customer standard which I am trying very hard to not to give a single problem to Etsy as well as customer. Hope to receive your positive feedback as soon as possible as I want to start my business again. ticket reference number is (17707612)

This is just a forum for others sellers

I would reply to your ticket wit etsy, once a day, saying you still need help

and if you haven't already, diversify, start selling on other platforms, it's ar too risky to rely on one supplier for anything.

Etsy has implemented its new Creativity Standards and shops that don't meet the minimum customer service targets are being dinged. Your average review rating is quite low and this maybe the reason. 

As your shop is also not complete this maybe another reason why. You need to fill out your shop with an about section explaining how you design and make the items yourself, listing any shop members that help you. You need policies too. 

Then you can appeal to Etsy.

Hi

But My shop message rate is 95%, Dispatch time is 100%, Review is average 4.4 and all the cases which buyers has open and closed by etsy was inform by etsy only to the buyer to take refund. Also My shop is suspended by etsy error only.

your review average for your shop, as a whole, is 3.5

the review average calculated at the last review was

28x5, 2x4, 1x2, and 5x1

that's 155 stars over 36 listings, which is 4.3

as you can only have 4 reviews to be 3* or lower in the review period, for the service standard, you miss that too, as you have 6

for the "current" review period, you have 15x5, 2x4, and 3x1, which is also 4.3

Hi

I had appealed Etsy regarding this issues but there is no response from Etsy , its been over 15 days I am regularly checking for updates but no one is helping ,also i had shared my ticket no. with Etsy Community for this but still its pending . Can any one let me know what's happening i am helpless.

that's been answered above.

We can't fix what you didn't do. But we can advise. You've been advised to complete your shop, show the provenance of you  making these items, yourself...since no production partner is listed (and for that, you have to be the designer). Given the wide disparity of items sold (one of your reviews mentions a wind chime...another a robe for a child...definitely neither are 'bride' items)....

 

your shop has some huge red flags...and that's not going to help you here. Respond back to Etsy and complete your shop per Etsy's requirements.
