Etsy unexpectedly placed my shop in vacation mode, and I wasn’t given any notification in my dashboard, email, or an explanation as to why. I’ve noticed other sellers mentioning similar issues recently, so it seems to be happening quite often.
For those who’ve experienced this, how did you resolve it, and how long did it take? With holiday sales on the line, I’m feeling very anxious.
I haven’t violated any policies, and I have a Star Seller badge. There hasn’t been a surge in orders or any overdue shipments, and all tracking numbers have been added on time.
Any advice or insights would be greatly appreciated!

You can sell wherever you want, just be transparent and make sure everything matches and ads up.
The system or AI does not like discrepancies and customers do not appreciate the lack of transparency.
The bottom line is that if everyone who has responded to you here thinks you are reselling and that you are not hand-making your items, that is most likely what Etsy thinks. There is no point trying to explain over and over to us - we are just other sellers. You need to make your case to Etsy. You need to show there is a total separation between you and the Creepovo brand - you cannot sell their items - or reference them in your descriptions - and they cannot sell yours. At the moment, it's confusing and the lines appear to be blurred.

@ArtisanBurrow I looked at their website - they are also making animals (just like you are). They also say they have an Etsy shop!

yes! Mine (!) shop on etsy, there are even a link to my shop on that website
@ArtisanBurrow If you are sharing your creations with your sister and she is also creating that may be the issue. Etsy does not know if you are the maker and owner or if your sister is. You can sell on her website but you need to put that information on your about page. Right now I think that is why Etsy has a temporary hold on your shop
If you receive an email, reply back to it that you still need help. The first email is always a generic one. You need to reply back to it that help is still needed.
Also confusing is the fact you list Serbia fulfillment. If you need to ship through them, you don't need to list on about page or production partner. That too may cause Etsy to wonder who is really the owner.

Thank you for your input, but this situation is quite confusing to me. I am clearly listed as the owner and creator on "About" page, and the "Serbian fulfillment service" is properly disclosed in the "Production Partners" section of my Etsy shop, fully in line with Etsy's guidelines.

Serbia fulfillment is your shipper NOT your production partner or a shop member.
If you feel you need to disclose that create an FAQ about your shipping.
also your shop title:
"We ship our products from a Serbian fulfillment center" should say exactly what you sell: "Handmade cat figurines for your doll house." or something like that.
@LastCentury anyway I can not change it because this page is not working anymore. If that is reason for holiday mode I can not fix it being in "holiday mode"
